Recipe for Eureka Brown Bread:
Ingredients:- 5cups (785g) Eureka Brown Bread Flour
- 40ml vegetable oil
- 15ml Sugar
- 10g instant yeast
- 15ml vinegar
- 500ml warm water
- 350ml milk
- 10ml Salt
Method:
- Mix the Sugar & yeast together in the warm water and leave for approx. 5 minutes
- Mix in the milk, oil & vinegar
- Add the mixture to the flour & Salt, using a wooden spoon
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C
- Pour the dough into a greased bread tin, approx. half-full
- Leave dough in a warm place to rise for 30-60 minutes (until doubled in size)
- Bake for 40-50 minutes; leave to cool before serving

I made bread, naan and roti with it , all had the awfully bitterish after taste.
