13/07/2024, By SanQuite tasty. An interesting alternative to brown rice. Tastes almost like brown rice and dhal. Rather starchy so I added a bit to my basmati rice when making risotto. It was very good.02/08/2020, By StephI love to soak buckwheat groats overnight, and then blend together with frozen berries, frozen banana, some nut butter, coconut (and sometimes some protein power) to make a delicious smoothie bowl. Give it a try!05/05/2020, By AdjaniAbsolutely love this product, quick to make and has so many options for dishes21/10/2019, By StephanieTried buckwheat for the first time on my wheat-free diet. Im sensitive to gluten, so having something like couscous, that is actually easier for me to prepare (and tastes better) has been excellent! I cooked it as per instructions on the packet (also unusual) and used in a warm salad/grain bowl thing. It was nutty and delicious - even my husband liked it. Now to try it on the baby :D12/11/2015, By AngelineI grind it up to make a rough flour and use to make delicious pancakes..13/09/2015, By LieslI absolutely love the versatility of buckwheat as a replacement to rice and pasta.
