14/05/2024, By BevLove this gluten free flour and I use it in rusks, scones and other gluten free baking.12/07/2021, By MichiMakes great gluten-free pizza bases...as long as you flatten the dough to 5mm or less. Otherwise it does not crisp up.15/04/2021, By FranSo versatile! I have used this for making bread, brownies and scones often simply substituting it cup for cup for ordinary flour. So easy to use.01/02/2021, By LindaMost gluten free products seem to have white flour and more sweetener or sugar and thus probably bly unhealthier. I need to eat gluten free as wel as low GI so it suits me better. It actually tastes better than other flours too.09/12/2020, By KarenNot as nice as the gluten-free white bread flour, but still tasty for gluten free21/10/2020, By MoniqueThis flour tastes great, bakes well and is good value for money. I use it to make pizza bases and, so far, it's the best gluten-free flour for the job.18/08/2020, By JessicaGreat for sweet and savoury dishes, and one of the few GF flours available which doesn't contain maize.16/08/2020, By shirleyJust been told to go gluten free. It's not the same to bake with. But if you miss bread if not a bad alternative.11/06/2020, By FranReally impressed with this flour. It substitutes cup for cup in most of my "normal" recipes, binds well and I have even used it to make brownies.16/05/2020, By JeanReally enjoying baking breads and muffins with this mix great taste and texture.25/04/2020, By Beegood stuff.. we made a pizza base from this and it worked out so well.15/11/2018, By CatherinaA lovely gluten free flour that makes delicious home baked bread, scones, pie dough and pizza base.10/06/2018, By MandyThis works wonderfully for brown bread as well as healthy deserts23/06/2017, By JuneI tried this specifically for my gluten-intolerant colleague - she loves the bread. I baked it in my bread machine, and it worked pretty good.23/11/2016, By CindyI bought this just to try out something new and I am very impressed. My boyfriend is very difficult with new foods, but he said he preferred this bread to the bread you get off the shelf. It is just the flour, but as a previous reviewer said, there is a recipe on the back to make bread. It is very easy to make. I decided to add feta and olives to it just to add some extra oomph, and it went down really well. It also lasted about 4 days in the fridge (which is how long it took us to eat it). Honestly a brilliant product and will definitely buy this again as it satisfies the toast/bread craving25/10/2016, By Mary-AnnA very nice product. There is a recipe on the packet for a bread to be baked with this flour. Love it.27/09/2016, By AmeliaI decided to write a review because the only other review was from a person who hasn even tried the flour but for some reason decided to point out the flour wasnt paleo or banting, even though no such claims were made and not everyone care about a diet fad. Anyway, I make an incredible gluten free bread with this flour, combined with Health Connections brown bread GF flour and their brown rice flour and soya flour. They
e really probably the best GF flour available in SA at the moment.10/07/2015, By AI haven tried this product, but I just want to point out that it contains rice and potato flour, neither of which is paleo or banting.
