Hummus Recipe:Blend the following Ingredients together & refrigerate.
1 cup chickpeas - thoroughly cooked
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 - 3 cloves of Garlic
1 cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
