There are instructions on the pack to prevent blockages in older drainage systems. The liner is composed of mostly wood pulp and a binder (ethylene vinyiacetate).

22/10/2020, By smThese liners work well. We break in half because they are very large. Can also be washed and reused if baby hasn't passed any solids.21/11/2019, By setuReusable if baby pees. Price had gone up:-) still worth it for now06/11/2019, By LerinaThese are great! I fold them to fit the nappy but they can also be cut in half for small babies. If we flush them one at a time, they don't clog the drain.15/11/2017, By LucyI love using these. If they're not too badly soiled, then I wash them with my nappies. They wash about 8 times before I put them on the compost heap! I use far less of them (because I can wash them) than I would of other bamboo liners as they don't wash well.13/11/2017, By MonicaCompared to other disposable liners on the market, these are definitely the best ones I have found and my preferred ones :-)18/02/2017, By JessicaI have been a user of these liners for 5 years with my youngest two children. I am so disappointed in the new shape and feel #128557; they disintegrate on the bum or with the first attempt at washing them. A runny poo or too much wee and they also break. The thinner shape means they don come close to catching all the poop. I will have to try another brand as at the R130 price I relied on being able to reuse- my old ones I could wash indefinitely, sometimes the same 20 could last me weeks!25/01/2017, By LaliThese liners use to be amazing. However, they have recently been changed.
The new versions barely even make it to the end of one wet nappy without disintegrating.
No chance for rewashing like the old ones.27/09/2016, By TessI love these nappy liners because they are thicker than other brands and hold solids better to prevent spooling of cloth nappies. However, the manufacturer could adjust the size so that they fit the cloth nappy better. I cut them to 34cm X 14cm and they fit much better02/08/2016, By bridgetUnfortunately the new suppliers of these liners dont make them like the amazing originals. These cannot be used more than once and break up and tear as soon as they are wet. They are more like thick toilet paper. Disappointing!11/02/2016, By GraceAlthough I much prefer the fleece liners, these are super for those early newborn weeks when you haven got time or energy for extra washing. They kind of have a weird smell, like wood glue, Im guessing its the binder?18/08/2015, By CarlaThese liners are the best liners I have found and tested. If not soiled, I wash them with soap nuts and reuse up to 4 times - depending on the state they come out of the washing machine - and they work perfectly.05/07/2015, By RachaelWork well as a liner to protect the nappy, but the paper flakes off on my babys skin and is a pain to remove as the little rolls don wipe off easily.14/04/2014, By ChantelWorks well for me! Good price. I like the fact that they are so big. Also works lovely for making my own wet wipes cause they are nice and thick.12/01/2014, By kayThis is a very good product. They are strong and sturdy. They are a good size as well twice the width of the fancy pants liners and about a 3rd of the price. I have cut them in half to make the he same size as fancy pants liners before which is very economical.
On the packet it says they can be washed and while I haven tried that I can believe it as they are strong and durable.
I wish all my babies paper products, like wipes, were as good as these.03/12/2013, By MichelleAlthough I love this product for how it protects the nappies, I just have to add that whenever I use mine it leaves little pieces of paper on my little ones bum. So for that reason I changed over to the fancy pants liners.28/10/2013, By PetroThis makes great wet wipes although a little to big! Cerubs Eco-wipes use the same material but spoil it by using nasty chemicals.
