Directions:
This is a Homeopathic preparation and should be taken as follows:
- Strike the bottom of the bottle with one hand on the palm of the other hand 15 times before each dose.
- Place the drops directly under tongue OR dilute in water.
- Avoid eating or drinking anything for at least 15 minutes after taking
Warnings
- Not for pregnant or nursing mothers.
- Do not take this tincture with blood pressure medications since it lowers blood pressure.
- May increase the effect of blood thinners.

I noticed a difference after a few weeks of using this product. We are now using it religiously. Buy it and by the end of the bottle you will see a difference. My children suffered from ear and throat infections on a monthly basis and they would get very sick. Since using this product they have been getting sick less and the effects off the illness has also subsided. Highly recommend this to everyone, I give this to my kids and it has really improved their immunity. When they do get sick it does not last longer than 3 days and we do not need to rush to the doctor, no antibiotics .
