Unlike teabags, which are often made using the dust and fanning’s of tea leaves, loose leaf teas are less refined. They hold more of their health benefits, as without a tea bag they have more space to absorb water, expand and infuse, allowing more vitamins, minerals, flavours and aromas to be released from the leaves.

07/02/2021, By LonaYesterday morning was my first time using it, I think, and I'm using the word "think" because I had milk thistle tea later in the day, so it could have been one of the two, but I did regulate, three times I think it was, sometimes I can go for two weeks without going to the bathroom to do a number two because I have fibroids. So if this was it, then its about to be a very long relationship between Mr Sir and I over here ????15/09/2016, By TalithaLoved this tea and the taste of it. Having visited other health shops, Ive since opted for some of the more cost effective brands.
