This is a mild and calming digestive tea that you can enjoy daily. Each herb in this detoxifying blend has been chosen for its special health benefits:
- Aniseed works to improve digestion, alleviates cramps and flatulence
- Fennel seed is full of antioxidants and dietary fibre
- Cardamom seed improves digestion and metabolism
- Liquorice root calms and soothes the digestive system
Directions
Infuse the tea bag for at least 5 minutes in freshly boiled water.
Warnings
- Possible allergen: Contains celery seed.
- Not recommended for any child under 1 year old without the advice of a practitioner. This is just a precautionary principle as the herbs can be safely used by anyone, but as children’s immune systems are still developing we recommend that you take the advice of a practitioner after a face-to-face consultation.
