Perfect for snacks throughout the day- try these moreish bliss balls for a healthy dose of yum! Each recipe makes 10-15 balls.
Turmeric & Chia
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup canned chickpeas
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup crushed nuts (cashews or macadamia)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp fresh chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
METHOD:
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender. Press and roll into balls and keep in an airtight container for up to one week. Add more tahini if the mixture seems too dry.
Sundried Tomato
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cooked cannellini beans
- ½ cup dry rolled oats
- ½ cup softened sundried tomatoes
¼ cup nutritional yeast - 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp Masterstock Cape Tomato
- 2 tsp organum
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
METHOD:
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender. Press and roll into balls and keep in an airtight container for up to one week.
Super Green
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup white beans
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup raw buckwheat
- ½ cup pumpkin seed butter
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Masterstock Greenery Powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
METHOD:
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender. Press and roll into balls and keep in an airtight container for up to one week. Add more seed butter if the mixture looks too dry.
