INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Banana
- ⅓ cup coconut yoghurt
- 2 Cups blueberries (can be frozen)
- 2 tsp linseeds
- ½ cup almond milk
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients into your blender.
- Blend at the lowest speed then gradually increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 45-50 seconds until all your ingredients are blended smoothly.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
