08 Sep Delicious “Blender” Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp FTN Sodium Bicarbonate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of Salt
METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to 200° C.
- Throw all your ingredients into a blender until smooth.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve warm as is or with a swipe of butter of your choosing.

I would like to try your banana bread recipe, but in the ingredients, you write Baking powder, but without the amount.
How much baking powder must you put in?
