Berry, Yoghurt & Chocolate Clusters

Looking for a delicious, guilt-free treat? These Berry, Yoghurt & Chocolate Clusters are quick, easy, and oh-so-tasty! Perfect for snacking or sharing, and packed with all-natural goodness.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Greek Yoghurt

¼ cup Maple Syrup

1 cup Fresh Berries (we used strawberries & blueberries)

2 slabs Honest Chocolate (dark, milk, or white)

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

2 Tbsp FtN Dried Berries, diced

2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

½ tsp FtN Fine Himalayan Salt

Method:

  1. Mix Greek yoghurt with maple syrup and fresh berries until all are coated.
  2. Dollop 12 clusters onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Freeze for 1 hour until solid.
  3. Melt Honest Chocolate over simmering water and add coconut oil.
  4. Dip each frozen cluster into the chocolate and place it back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with dried berries, hemp seeds, and salt.
  5. Let them cool, then serve or keep them in the freezer for a tasty snack anytime!

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cooling time: 1 hour

Yields: 12 servings
