15 Dec Dried Pomegranate Arils & Organic Chickpea Salad
- 3 LARGE handful of spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 cup organic chickpeas
- 150ml of dried pomegranate arils
- ½ cup organic raisins
- A handful of chopped coriander
Dressing Ingredients
- Half a cup cranberry sauce, made with a handful of fresh cranberries; raw honey & lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons organic olive oil
- 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Note: You could swap the chickpeas with walnuts.
