Kombucha Mocktails for Summer: Blushing Citrus Tonic

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

Citrus Tonic

METHOD

  1. Fill half your tumbler with Kombucha, then add 1 – 2 slices of dehydrated grapefruit (or any citrus fruit will work), 1 sprig fresh rosemary and 3-4 fresh gooseberries.
  2. Top up with tonic water and ice.
