27 Sep Kombucha Mocktails for Summer: Golden Granadilla Glow
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 500ml Ginger & Rooibos Tea Kombucha
- 1 x 1L lemonade or soda water
- 1 vanilla pod (optional)
- 4 granadillas
- 4 fresh lavender sprigs
- 1 lemon (cut into slices)
- Ice blocks
METHOD
- Cut the granadillas in half and scoop out the centre of the vanilla pod. Fill 1/3 of the glass with the Kombucha, add in ice, 1 half of the granadilla pulp, a pinch of fresh vanilla paste (optional), lavender spring and a lemon slice.
- Top off with lemonade or soda water.
