Posted at 11:02h, 24 JuneCan you sub the coconut drink/lite milk with almond milk? Thanks!
Dr Kerry Haarhoff
Posted at 09:52h, 26 JuneYou could replace the coconut milk with Almond milk, but the reason for coconut milk being used is because of it’s good fat content. The curcumin in turmeric is fat-soluble, so pairing it with a high-fat substance helps it to be absorbed by the body so that the benefits are maximised.
