    I so need this!! My body has been sending me signs almost forever , but especially this past month. Been thinking of just eating vegs and fruit, but were not sure how I would keep up with it.
    Reading the goal and mindset behind it makes me wanna get in there, and your recipes are a great help.
    What else besides water are you allowed to drink?
    I’m having a gastroscopy done in Feb and depending on results would like to start following this diet. Wish me luck!

    Just what the doctor ordered…. I have intolerances to Dairy, Wheat and Legumes. Any further info and recipes would be really appreciated.
